Article 37: A petitioned article submitted by Cheryl Marshall of 166 Bryant St.: To see if the Town will vote to amend Article 21, Sec 4-A-4 Prohibiting Uses by adding:

Light industry, commercial gravel removal operation, mining or quarry, including removal, excavation, processing or dredging of soil, sand, gravel or aggregate materials of any kind*;

* This prohibition shall not apply to the removal of stone and gravel in connection with construction of a residence pursuant to a validly issued building permit, construction of a validly approved subdivision or the creation of cranberry bogs or similar agricultural uses.
