Light industry, commercial = gravel removal operation, mining or quarry, including removal, excavation, process= ing or dredging of soil, sand, gravel or aggregate materials of any kind*;

 

* This prohibition shall no= t apply to the removal of stone and gravel in connection with construction of a residence pursuant to a validly issued building permit, construction of a validly approved subdivision or the creation of cranberry bogs or similar agricultural uses.
